FAQ

Are there refunds? +
For mod porting, mod updating, and utility mods: if the request can't be done cleanly, the order is cancelled before any payment is taken. For websites and landing pages: no refunds once development has started — I'll work with you on revisions instead.
How do I pay? +
After you submit your order, join our Discord server and open a ticket with your order ID. We'll go over the scope and I'll send you a secure Stripe payment link for the agreed amount.
How long does it take? +
Standard turnaround is 1–2 weeks for most services. The Priority Turnaround addon moves your order to the front of the queue.
What mod loaders / versions do you support? +
Forge, Fabric, and NeoForge. Supported version range is 1.20.x through 1.21+. If your mod has complex dependencies, include a link in your notes and I'll confirm feasibility before quoting.
Why open a ticket on Discord first? +
To make sure I understand the scope and can confirm the price. The form doesn't always capture everything — a quick chat in the ticket avoids miscommunication.
