THE FINE PRINT
A plain-English rundown of what we collect, what we do with it, and who else sees it.

I run ScaleBound Services as a solo indie developer. I don't sell your data and I don't share anything you give me beyond what's needed to actually fulfill your order. The site uses Cloudflare's built-in analytics for basic visitor counts, but no third-party trackers or advertising cookies.
Payments go through Stripe. I never see your card number, CVC, billing address, or anything sensitive — that all stays between you and Stripe. Stripe sends me back a session ID and a confirmation that the payment went through. They handle the receipt email.
Stripe has their own privacy policy here: stripe.com/privacy. They're a large regulated payment company, your card is in safe hands.
Reviews are public — anyone visiting the reviews page can see what you wrote and the name you used. Don't put anything in there you wouldn't want public.
When your browser hits my site, my server logs the standard stuff that any web server logs: your IP address, the page you requested, your browser/OS string, and the timestamp. This is normal for security and abuse prevention.
I do use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is Cloudflare's privacy-respecting alternative to Google Analytics. It gives me aggregate visitor counts, page views, and rough referrer info — but it doesn't use cookies, doesn't fingerprint your browser, and doesn't track you across sites. Cloudflare's analytics privacy details: cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
I don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party tracking cookies.
When an order is marked complete, the system may send you a confirmation email and BCC Trustpilot so they can email you a review invite. Your email and order code are the only things passed along. You're never required to leave a review, and you can ignore the invite without affecting your order.
Trustpilot's privacy policy: trustpilot.com/privacy.
Your order details and any reviews you submit are stored on infrastructure hosted by Cloudflare. The website itself is also served from Cloudflare. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Order notifications also get sent to a private Discord channel I run, so I get pinged when a new order comes in.
Realistically, three parties:
I don't sell your info, share it with marketers, or hand it to anyone unless legally required to (like a court order, which has never happened and probably never will).
Order data is not stored permanently. Records may be purged or deleted at any time, particularly once an order has been completed — generally anything older than around 14 days could be cleared. If you need to reference an old order, do it sooner rather than later.
You can ask me to:
To do any of that, open a ticket on the Discord server with your order code.
Payment is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch my system. Reasonable measures are in place to protect order data and the admin side of things. That said, no online system is 100% bulletproof — if something ever goes wrong I'll be upfront about it.
This site isn't directed at anyone under 13. If you're under 13, please don't submit orders or reviews.
If anything here changes, I'll update this page and bump the date at the top. I won't quietly start collecting more stuff without telling you.
Questions? Open a ticket on the Discord server and ping me. That's the fastest way to reach me about anything.
